The Oklahoma City Convention & Visitors Bureau is eager to work with you to help find the best hotel for your group tour. Complete the below RFP Form, and let us make the search easy.
STEP 1: Provide the following information in order to receive hotel proposals. Proposals will be sent directly to you via email from interested hotels by default OR you may indicate that proposals be directed to the CVB.
STEP 2: Once you sign a contract with a hotel, please notify us via email. We will provide your group with a Welcome Bus Box delivered to your selected hotel prior to your arrival.
